As an expert, you will bring deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. This expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel.

How you will contribute

• Partner & enable the line leader(s) to deliver SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale—for the lines, ensuring process stability; participate in DMS meetings at shift and line levels.
• Own the technology, process, and centerline settings for the equipment and process with deep technical mastery; manage PM systems, work processes, and KPIs; oversee R&M budget.
• Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems; build team capability; spend at least 50% of time training technicians to operate and maintain equipment.
• Partner with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements; responsible for Change Management, spares localization, breakdown analysis, and R&M cost reduction; represent the department in regional and global forums.
• Assist in VSU initiatives; support benchmarking and reapplication; serve as subject matter expert and trainer on component categories.

What you will bring

• Advanced knowledge of autonomous and progressive maintenance systems; ability to maintain equipment independently; skilled in TPM tools.
• Leadership capability to qualify and coach SWP owners; ability to develop and align goals, deploy IDP, and coach team members.

Additional Role Details

• Ensure safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed.
• Execute maintenance activities in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading schematics, troubleshooting controls, and instrumentation; experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, industrial networking, HMIs, and motion controls preferred.
• Possess mechanical systems knowledge including drive systems, pumps, high-speed equipment, and CMMS.
• Experience with automated packaging and manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance; technical degree preferred.
• Work schedule: Night shift, 5:45pm - 6:00am.
• Compensation: $31.15/hr to $41.15/hr plus annual incentives and comprehensive benefits.
