Talbots in New Jersey is seeking a part-time associate to create welcoming customer experiences and foster lasting relationships. You will support service initiatives, engage clients with fashion trends, and help drive sales during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable standing for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 20–29 hours per week availability is expected.

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Engage customers with fashion trends to wardrobe and inspire trust.
• Represent the Talbots brand professionally and participate in community activities.
