Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales performance and meet KPIs through wardrobing, outreach and leveraging CRM tools.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to support customer-centric behaviors and team success.
• Support store initiatives, community outreach, training and talent sourcing efforts.
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure a high-quality in-store experience.
