Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support Management in delivering a customer and product-focused selling culture.

You will promote Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) and assist with omni-channel experiences, while driving profitability and store goals. You will learn product fit, maintain visual standards, assist with replenishment and boutique organization, and build a solid client following through clienteling tools like Style Connect and Customer Book.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• For most states, 18+; in some states 16+ age minimum per state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by using sales techniques and knowledge to assist customers and locate merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Support replenishment, store sets, and visual directives as directed by Management.
• Deliver MAPS customer service and a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Sign up clients for rewards and build a client following via clienteling tools.
