Qualifications

• Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort using digital tools for clienteling and outreach.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to perform tasks across the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and cashwrap while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by achieving individual KPIs and supporting team sales goals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to foster customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Support store visual standards and merchandising techniques to present product effectively.
• Participate in store and community initiatives, outreach, and talent sourcing.
• Adapt selling approach for both in-person and remote customers and leverage digital channels.
