Job summary

Wedeking Law APC in Santee, CA is seeking a Client Welcome Specialist to manage new and existing client follow-up from first contact through signed engagement and payment. This in-office, full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, at $25.00 per hour.

You will handle inbound calls, conduct 15-minute discovery calls, and qualify potential clients, while booking consultations and guiding the lead pipeline in Lawmatics.

Qualifications

• Experience in law firm intake or similar client-conversion role.
• Strong follow-up skills and organizational abilities.
• Warm, authentic phone communication style.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound leads within one hour (web, email, social).
• Book consultations and manage the lead pipeline in Lawmatics.
• Confirm appointments and chase incomplete intake forms before meetings.
• Process payments and engagement agreements when a client moves forward.
• Nurture referral partnerships through calls, cards, emails, and events.
• Support social media and email marketing campaigns.

Client Welcome Specialist

Santee, CA — In-Office — Full Time — $25/hour

We are an estate planning firm that helps families protect their assets. The Client Welcome Specialist ensures new and existing clients receive prompt, personalized follow‑up from first contact through signed engagement and payment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and conduct 15‑minute discovery calls to qualify potential clients.
• Follow up personally with seminar registrants, no‑shows, and attendees who did not book.
• Respond to all inbound leads—web, email, Facebook—within one hour.
• Book consultations and manage the full lead pipeline in Lawmatics.
• Confirm appointments and chase down incomplete intake forms before meetings.
• Process payments and engagement agreements when a client moves forward.
• Call former clients at the 3‑month mark to check in and generate referrals for the partner network.
• Build and maintain our referral partner network through calls, cards, emails, and local networking events.
• Support social media and email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in law firm intake, medical office scheduling, insurance, real estate, or a similar client‑conversion role.
• Experience with a CRM (Lawmatics, Clio, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong follow‑up skills; organized and meticulous.
• Warm, authentic communication style on the phone.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm.

Compensation

$25.00 per hour, full time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. In‑office in Santee, CA.

Bonus compensation available for documented referral partner conversions and overall performance.
