Job summary

associacareers is seeking a Client Treasury Associate to support treasury management solutions for business clients. You will work with the Business Development Manager to tailor solutions, assist with onboarding, and provide ongoing support across treasury functions.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in BBA or Finance and strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Business Development Manager on client proposals.
• Conducting research on client needs and developing relationship review materials.
• Understanding clients' treasury structures and objectives.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and product implementation.
• Assisting with initiating money movement for approved client transactions and product purchases after obtaining the necessary approvals.
• Assisting with the preparation of proposals, financial reviews, and other client-facing reports.
• Monitoring bank account opening, maturing of products, renewal and/or closing of accounts/products and communicating next steps to the appropriate resource so that the transaction can be completed efficiently and timely.
• Generating and analyzing financial reports related to cash flow, liquidity, and other treasury functions.
• Supporting audit requests and providing data for other forms of analysis.
• Assisting with the sales process as noted above, as well as providing insight into current partner bank products.
• Stay up to date on current financial events that may affect partner bank product offerings.
• Participating in special projects related to treasury and center functions.
• Developing and maintaining treasury department resources.
• Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
