Job summary

Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP) is hiring patient and understanding KV Van Drivers for Waterville and Augusta. The role involves operating an Agency-owned vehicle to transport clients to appointments and assisting clients and belongings to and from the vehicle.

Candidates must be 21+, have 3+ years driving experience with a clean record, and be able to assist passengers including those using mobility aids.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three years’ driving experience.
• Good driving record with no serious or recurring moving violations.
• Physical ability to assist passengers in and out of vehicles and handle mobility aids; may lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate Agency-owned vehicle to transport clients to and from appointments as assigned.
• Assist clients and belongings to and from the vehicle.
