Job summary

You will create dashboards and reports, participate in client meetings, and work with developers and project managers to deliver on time. Strong communication and problem-solving are required.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in client meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions.
• Design and implement tailored technical solutions to integrate client systems with Vialto platforms.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for accurate data flow.
• Create and customize reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and efficiency of integration.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions on time.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), and data blending tools (e.g., Alteryx).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
• A proactive approach to meeting client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Attention to detail in handling client requests and managing data.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Skills in working well within teams and contributing to group efforts.
• Degree or pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $23.56 to $33.00, based on education, geographic location, and market data.
• Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
