Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project management experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Atlassian tools.

This role requires a hybrid work approach with at least three days per week in the office, focusing on luxury fashion and client experience innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Proven stakeholder management and strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with Atlassian tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Define project scope and capture business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks; develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project governance and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
