Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in intelligent automation and business analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (functions, lookups, pivot tables).
• Ability to learn data analytics and automation tools like Alteryx and SQL.
• Attention to detail with ability to document findings clearly.
• Strong procedural discipline and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and transactional data for US information reporting and withholding.
• Build and maintain reports monitoring data accuracy, timeliness, and exceptions.
• Identify trends, document findings, and recommend remediation actions.
• Execute workflows for cost basis processing and related reconciliations.
• Perform daily controls, manage exceptions, and resolve breaks with audit trails.
• Track KPIs and SLAs and escalate risks as needed.
• Apply tax rules and standards to support ongoing compliance.
• Support automation initiatives by drafting queries and assisting with workflow design.
• Reconcile data across systems, investigate root causes, and implement preventive actions.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate insights and updates.
