Responsibilities

• Data Collection: organize and pull patient files, upload files, gather missing documentation, respond to inquiries, research providers.
• Data Processing: assemble provider files, verify demographic data, manage electronic documents, ensure providers are in systems.
• Client Maintenance & Reporting: prepare client reports, refresh reports, transition files to ongoing support, review monthly metrics.
