Job summary

Ren in Indianapolis seeks a Client Support Specialist to serve as a primary contact for donors, organizations and financial advisors. You will understand recorded charitable transactions, explain programs, and follow up in writing and verbally with clients to ensure accurate, compliant service.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of work experience in related field or customer service experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of charitable giving, philanthropic principles, and nonprofit organizations.
• Attention to detail, highly organized, ability to work well with others and a desire to learn.
• Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Client and service focused to achieve timeliness and accuracy.
• Flexibility and agility to learn new information and inter-departmentally cross train to contribute to individual, team, and company priorities.
