We are hiring at InnQuest Software for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing Hospitality Management Software team in North America!

The successful candidate must have at least 2+ years experience in Hotel Front Desk Operations or Hotel Front Office Management. RoomMaster hospitality management software experience is highly desirable.

The Client Support Representative will provide support for all InnQuest products, managing case resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include diagnosing client issues, communicating solutions via phone, email, and chat, and tracking unresolved issues. Hotel management experience is preferred.

This position is remote, and candidates can be based anywhere in the US.

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Provide front-line technical support
  2. Answer inbound calls and respond to emails and chats
  3. Identify, diagnose, and resolve client issues, aiming for first-call resolution
  4. Log issues and follow up on unresolved cases
  5. Monitor and respond to system alerts and infrastructure issues
  6. Coordinate with external vendors as needed
  7. Follow procedures for change management and participate in technology events
  8. Utilize company tools to improve efficiency
  9. Participate in shift rotations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Hotel Front Desk Operations or Front Office Management
  • Experience with roomMaster software is highly advantageous
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical support experience
  • Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
  • Technical certifications are a plus
  • Understanding hotel front desk and back-office operations
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and quick learner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
