Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States, Arizona, is seeking a customer service professional to support clients in a financial services environment. You will handle inbound calls, answer questions about accounts and products, and resolve issues while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of brokerage experience preferred.
  • Completion of the FINRA SIE exam preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience or exposure to financial services, investment advisory, billing, accounting, customer service, advisor support, client support, operations support, account management, broker-dealer, financial advisor, support representative, customer service representative, or back-office operations.

Responsibilities
