• Experience in customer service, identifying client problems and providing effective solutions.
• Ability to prepare correspondence, reports, and forms using prescribed formats; strong telephone etiquette.
• Calm and professional demeanor in demanding situations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and manage large volumes of information.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all stakeholders.
• Provide examples from work demonstrating accuracy and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service; resolve client concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Identify marketing/recruiting opportunities and submit sales leads.
• Support retention by reaching out for payment options and partnering with sales teams.
• Maintain accurate information in systems and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Operations to support other offices and plan workload changes.
• Foster open communication, integrity, professionalism and urgency.
• Prepare and deliver bank deposit transactions and balance cashbook per guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
