Job summary

Barrett Distribution Centers is seeking a Client Support Manager to lead the Client Support Team and coordinate activities with clients for service excellence. The role reports to the General Manager/Sr. Operations Manager and oversees order fulfillment, invoicing, and client communications.

The position works Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in Olive Branch, MS, with a salary range of $90K-$110K depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer service and 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong English communication; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications; WMS exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of 3PL warehouse operations, supply chain, and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support all aspects of order fulfillment and customer relationships.
• Lead Client Support Specialists; set goals and mentor staff.
• Train staff, implement metrics, and share financial insights with the team.
• Drive continuous improvement and service enhancements with leadership.
• Maintain invoicing accuracy for all services and special requests.
• Manage client data across Synapse and Salesforce with reporting.
