Jackson Hewitt - CLP is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for visitors at our offices, delivering excellent service and essential support while appointments are scheduled and clients are assisted.

In this role, you will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep customers engaged during wait times.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face for clients visiting our offices and provide exceptional customer service.
