Job summary

Jackson Hewitt in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to provide excellent client service and be the friendly face visitors see in our offices. You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, and help keep clients engaged during wait times while distributing marketing materials.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and benefits to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role.
