Jackson Hewitt - EMR is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for clients visiting our offices and to provide essential support in a welcoming, service-focused environment.

You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, distribute marketing materials, and help maintain engagement during wait times, contributing to a positive client journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to troubleshoot.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
