Jackson Hewitt - CPI is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to welcome clients in our offices and deliver exceptional service. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, hand out marketing materials, and keep clients engaged while they wait.

This role emphasizes excellent communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a busy retail setting, with growth opportunities within the organization.
