Jackson Hewitt ETA is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face in our offices, delivering exceptional client experiences and essential support. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and help keep clients engaged during wait times while distributing marketing materials.

No prior experience is required; we welcome all work backgrounds and offer opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive, customer-focused team.
