Jackson Hewitt - ERS is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to welcome clients and ensure smooth visits at our Suwanee offices. You will greet clients, confirm appointments, distribute marketing materials, and help keep the wait experience positive.

Strong communication and a friendly demeanor are key; previous retail or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. This role offers flexible scheduling and a path for advancement within the company.
