Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - CPI is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet guests and deliver exceptional service in our offices across Connecticut and beyond. You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, and help move them through the client journey with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule.

• Basic computer skills and ability to troubleshoot.
