Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - CCT is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate for our Bridgeport, CT office. You will be the friendly face for clients, delivering exceptional service and assisting with appointments and inquiries.

You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and help distribute marketing materials to keep clients engaged during wait times. Training is provided; previous tax experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
