Qualifications

Excellent communication with customers via calls, email, or chat.
Friendly, patient, and comfortable supporting diverse customers.
Able to multi-task and manage several requests simultaneously.
Basic computer literacy and CRM navigation.
Experience in customer success or service is helpful but not required.
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions and ongoing support.
Assist customers with onboarding, setup, or service activation.
Understand customer needs and guide them through best practices or solutions.
