Universal Background Screening is seeking a Client Success Advocate to ensure client satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships on our web-based background screening platform. You will guide clients through system navigation, answer questions about orders, and proactively update them on status.

The role emphasizes clear communication, issue resolution, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver accurate results, while maintaining compliance and a client-first mindset.

Formación

• Professional customer service experience required.
• High-volume, fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with background checks, pre-employment screening, or HR is advantageous but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats with prompt, professional support.
• Manage new client accounts and monitor order status; provide updates and next steps.
• Troubleshoot basic client issues related to system usage and order activity; escalate when needed.
• Document all client interactions accurately in CRM systems and adhere to processes.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve client experience.
