Travel With Sann is seeking a Client Success Specialist to foster positive client experiences from the initial contact through ongoing relationship development. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and training to get you up to speed.

You will communicate with clients, answer questions, understand needs, coordinate consultations, and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships and seeking opportunities to improve the client journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
