Job summary

Investment Company (Confidential) in Chicago seeks a Client Services Manager to strengthen and repair client relationships, driving retention and loyalty. You will create structured processes to provide high-touch service, coordinate with advisors and leadership, and leverage firm resources to address client needs.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services client management, a Bachelor’s degree, and a Series 65 license (CFP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field required.
• Series 65 license required; CFP preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of financial services management or client relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve and manage long-term client relationships and retention.
• Resolve client issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Lead discussions with advisors and clients on market conditions and strategy.
• Develop retention strategies and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Recruit, train, and supervise client service staff and track activity.
