Job description

Contact Government Services is seeking a Client Success Representative to support our team.

The Client Success Representative is responsible for supporting the Client Success department with tasks such as identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisition, assisting with existing client programs, and supporting the Director of the department. The role may also involve candidate sourcing, security processing, and coordination of program kickoff and sustainment activities. Additionally, the representative will collaborate with the Business Development department to identify and secure new bid opportunities, support proposal phases, and possibly contribute as a billable resource during project execution.

Key duties include:

1. Maintaining and updating the CRM system, including opportunity cards, pricing, candidate sourcing, interviews, and submission of qualified candidates.
2. Reviewing and presenting candidate profiles to clients.
3. Managing a candidate pipeline to ensure successful placement through various screening processes.
4. Updating and enhancing the Applicant Tracking System.
5. Creating and maintaining core documentation and systems.
6. Maintaining knowledge of government contracting processes.
7. Supporting client relationships, communication, and growth initiatives.
8. Developing organic growth with existing clients.
9. Participating in deal crafting, business strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations.
10. Assisting with onboarding new clients from successful bids.
11. Supporting Business Development activities such as market research, technical writing, and sourcing personnel.

This position serves as a support role to the Director of the Client Success team, working closely with multiple departments to foster growth and client satisfaction.
