Job description

Contact Government Services is seeking a Client Success Representative to support our team.

The position requires knowledge of general business principles, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and a proven ability to understand and execute program initiative tasks. The main duties include supporting the Client Success department in identifying new opportunities, recruitment efforts for new contract acquisition, assisting with existing client programs, and providing support to the Director of the Client Success team for other departmental needs.

This role may involve identifying new candidates for placement on CGS prime and subcontracts, guiding candidates through security processes, and coordinating program kickoff and sustainment activities related to personnel and service requirements. The Client Success Representative will collaborate with the Business Development department to identify and secure new bid opportunities, helping CGS expand its prime and subcontracting portfolio. The position might also support proposal phases and could involve working as a billable resource during project execution. Overall, this role serves as a direct support to the Director of the Client Success team.

Key job duties include:

  1. Maintaining the CRM by updating opportunity cards, assisting with pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates for requisitions.
  2. Reviewing and presenting candidates for client submission.
  3. Managing a pipeline of candidates, ensuring they complete pre-screens, interviews, security checks, and are successfully placed.
  4. Updating and enhancing CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  5. Participating in creating and maintaining core documentation and systems.
  6. Maintaining knowledge of government contracting.
  7. Assisting with client relationship management, communication, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
  8. Creating organic growth with existing clients.
  9. Participating in deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms.
  10. Assisting with onboarding new clients from successful bids.
  11. Supporting Business Development with pricing, market research, technical writing, sourcing personnel, and participating in various business development phases.
