• Assist customers with billing questions.
• Build strong relationships and ask insightful questions.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain retention and loyalty.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Conduct renewal or escalation meetings and drive toward resolution.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty / Life & Health licenses; licensing training available.
