Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Customer Success Senior Associate to support institutional client reporting within our investment reporting and analytics team. You will help prepare and deliver client reports, resolve inquiries, and coordinate change requests with internal partners, while contributing to onboarding and workflow improvements.

You will follow established controls to manage operational risk and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting and enhanced client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience in financial services.
• Ability to analyze large datasets to identify drivers, exceptions, and root causes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with structured templates.
• Knowledge of investment performance concepts (returns, fees, cash flows, dividends).
• Ability to explain performance and attribution drivers to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience following documented processes and controls in an operations/reporting environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver periodic investment performance reports including attribution, contribution, and risk analyses.
• Implement client reporting change requests by documenting requirements and coordinating updates.
• Respond to client questions related to reporting deliverables and data used in reporting workflow.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate data issues, reconcile differences, and communicate outcomes.
• Support onboarding activities and initial reporting setups for new clients.
• Maintain and update client reporting templates and documentation for accuracy and repeatability.
• Perform quality checks and exception reviews to meet timelines and standards.
• Follow controls addressing key operational risks.
• Contribute to projects and non-business-as-usual work to improve processes, tools, or controls.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication across teams to keep reporting on track.
