Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Customer Success Senior Associate to support institutional client reporting within our investment reporting and analytics team.

You will help prepare and deliver performance reports, including attribution, contribution, and risk analysis, and coordinate change requests. The role requires collaboration with operations and analytics, attention to controls, onboarding support, and ongoing enhancements to reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong numerical aptitude.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience in financial services.
• Experience analyzing large datasets to identify drivers and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver periodic investment performance reports including attribution and risk analysis.
• Document and coordinate client reporting change requests through delivery.
• Respond to client questions related to reporting deliverables and data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to investigate data issues and reconcile differences.
• Support onboarding activities and validate initial reporting outputs.
• Maintain and update reporting templates and supporting documentation.
• Perform quality checks to ensure timely and accurate reports.
• Follow controls addressing operational risks and contribute to process improvements.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication across teams to keep reporting on track.
