Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service background.
• Comfortable with technology and word-processing systems.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with clients in a friendly and confident manner.
• Ability to prioritize work and complete duties accurately and timely.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client needs and act as primary contact for clients.
• Respond to client correspondence within 1–2 business days.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide information and follow up.
• Direct clients to the appropriate department for assistance.
• Develop knowledge base on services offered and asset protection, estate planning, and capital development.
• Identify opportunities for improving client communication and coordination processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Client Success team.
