Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or the equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service and/or sales experience.
• Knowledge of computer skills: documents, spreadsheets, email, etc.
• Excellent customer skills.
• Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
• Two year degree preferred.
• Knowledge of welding, gases, industrial, safety supply sales.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders from call-in customers and associates.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships by handling inbound calls and processing orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve order conflicts.
• Liaise with vendors to gather product details, verify availability, and obtain pricing information.
• Ensure documentation is completed and filed accurately in the computer system.
