Federated Insurance is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to support Sales Representatives and deliver exceptional client service. The role involves handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely results.

The ideal candidate has a two-year degree and solid customer service experience, preferably in a call center. Training is provided, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the Business Support

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service; call center/inside sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work across multiple applications.
• Training will cover Property & Casualty and Life/Disability concepts and coverages.
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and service requests.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and renewal documents; verify client information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy changes.
• Support Sales Representatives and maintain strong customer relationships.
