Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Associate for our Raleigh, NC Skilled Nursing Office. You will excel in delivering exceptional client service, coordinating onboarding for new RNs and LPNs, and handling background checks in line with state regulations.

This role emphasizes building relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations while managing caseloads and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement).
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Focus on the new hire training and onboarding process for new RN's and LPN's.
• Run the background check process according to state regulations.
• Build strong relationships with regional recruiting partners.
• Build employee files.
• Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage your caseload while proactively growing it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
