Role Overview

The Client Success Navigator (CSN) is a dynamic onboarding specialist responsible for

delivering an exceptional first impression to new clients referred from medical offices. Acting as

the first point of contact, the CSN ensures clients feel welcomed, informed, and excited about

their journey with RenewRx. With a blend of sales, motivational energy, and operational

excellence, the CSN will guide clients through the onboarding process and set them up for

success with their personal Care Management Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Tasks:

  • Check emails and synchronize appointments using TidyCal and internal calendars.
  • Host 30-45 minute Teams Welcome Calls, guiding clients through:

-Introduction to RenewRx and getting to know the potential client.

-Overview of the RenewRx One Th1ng program and app features.

-Pairing clients with their personal Care Management Coach.

-Add detailed notes to the RenewRx dashboard post-call.

  • Collaborate with management as needed.
  • Complete daily administrative tasks.

Weekly Tasks:

  • Update the weekly client onboarding list.

Monthly Tasks:

  • Participate in a 30-minute one-on-one meeting with your manager.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding.
  • Client Liaison - Act as the point of contact for addressing client coaching questions or
  • resolving any issues.

Onboarding Duties:

  • Provide a warm and empathetic welcome to new clients, ensuring they feel heard and
  • Review and troubleshoot the app onboarding experience with clients, addressing any
  • technical issues.
  • Walk clients through educational resources, glucose tracking, CGM experiences, and 3-
  • day food diary setups to prevent miscommunication.
  • Explain the role of one-on-one coaching, schedule their first coaching appointment, and
  • ensure a seamless handoff to the coach.
  • Document and communicate all onboarding details in the RenewRx dashboard and
  • follow up with a confirmation email.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years in client/ patient-facing roles (e.g., recruiter, onboarding specialist, or related
  • fields).
  • A background in the medical field is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Click Up/ Microsoft 360) and digital dashboards.

Competency with virtual communication tools like Zoom.

Soft Skills:

  • Empathy: Ability to connect with clients on a personal level and ensure they feel valued.
  • Enthusiasm: Bring energy and excitement to the onboarding experience.
  • Persuasion: Guide clients with confidence and clarity about the benefits of RenewRx’s
  • programs.
  • Organization: Manage multiple tasks and appointments effectively.

Performance Metrics

  • Client Readiness: Coaches will evaluate the preparedness of clients after onboarding.
  • Client Successfully Attending the Coaching Session: Working up to a target of
  • Client Feedback: Positive survey results and testimonials about the onboarding
  • experience.

Application Process

Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE)you can earn up to $50 per client by guiding them

through scheduling, onboarding, and their first coaching session.

Payouts per step:

• $15 – Welcome Call scheduled & prepped

• $10 – Client attends coaching session

Ideal Schedule: Flexible Hours (Afternoon and evenings) Monday to Saturday
