A leading company is looking for a Care Navigator to assist members by answering calls and providing excellent customer service. This remote position requires call center experience and a high school diploma. The role involves educating Medicaid members on benefits and services. Join a supportive team with potential for overtime and flexible shifts.
Hours of operation are 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST. We have four different shifts: 8:30-5:00, 9:00-5:30, 9:30-6:00, 10:00-6:30.
During training, a 1-hour lunch break. Once assigned to a shift, 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
Support other departments as needed.
