Job summary

You will build relationships with senior client leaders, lead business reviews, analyze data to guide decisions, and resolve issues for a portfolio of accounts. Travel 25-30% to client events is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing role such as customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or entertainment preferred.
• Strong data skills and ability to present to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
