Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate and is seeking a Client Success Manager I to join our growing Client Success team.
Responsibilities
As a Client Success Manager I, you will:
- Deeply understand clients’ goals, business needs, and brand vision, and translate that understanding into tangible platform outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, consistent follow‑through, and genuine investment in each client’s success.
- Support clients through onboarding, develop a strong command of the Luxury Presence platform, and work cross‑functionally to ensure clients are getting maximum value from their investment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related client‑facing role.
- 1+ year managing a book of business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort learning new software platforms quickly; experience with content management systems and integrations (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, and common CRMs) is a plus.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, and/or paid media) or a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Track record of being reliable, organized, and thorough.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Interest in the real estate industry; a passion is a plus.
- Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, and a friendly and sunny disposition.
Job Requirements
- Located in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ; Hybrid work with in‑office days as described.
- Working hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
