Responsibilities

• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement and upsell.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop and implement client success strategies.
• Provide regular client updates and reports to the leadership team, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their interests.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial advisory services, applying this knowledge to enhance client success.
