Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in financial services servicing institutional clients.
• Knowledge of Global Custody and related services or ability to learn quickly.
• Team player with client-facing skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team to build client relationships and client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Own timely inquiry responses across products and manage escalations.
• Support governance using KPIs and RAG ratings.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture feedback, generate reports, and track actions to closure.
• Prepare for periodic client relationship reviews.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Drive global initiatives and ad-hoc projects to closure.
• Coordinate client training on JPM technology.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
