Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in a financial services role servicing institutional clients.
• Knowledge of Global Custody or related services.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with client-facing focus.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and drive items to closure.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate.

Responsabilités

• Support senior team to build client relationships and sustain satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Own timely inquiry responses and manage escalations.
• Support governance for all products with KPI/RAG measurement.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture feedback and generate reports.
• Prepare for periodic client relationship reviews.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Coordinate global initiatives and ad-hoc projects to closure.
