Job summary

Dream Talent Recruitment is seeking a remote Customer Success Manager for our SMMA clients. You will respond to clients quickly, coordinate with the marketing team, and drive results through effective communication and coaching.

The role requires at least 1 year as a CSM in SMMA, a proactive personality, and comfort with marketing systems like HighLevel and Monday.com. Remote work is fully supported with flexible scheduling to fit EST hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as CSM in SMMA or similar.
• Outgoing personality and strong communication.
• Experience with marketing systems and automation.
• Familiarity with HighLevel CRM and Monday.com is a plus.
• Experience in painting/remodeling space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to clients as soon as possible via Zoom or email.
• Manage multiple clients and coordinate with the marketing team to deliver results.
• Communicate effectively with clients via Zoom and other channels.
• Coach clients to improve performance and outcomes.
• Generate new referrals from existing clients.
• Understand core marketing strategies and apply them to client campaigns.
• Upsell services when opportunities arise.

Niche: Painting Business owners / OTE USD 7k-15k month

100% Remote

Your Specific Responsibilities:

• Respond to clients as soon as possible
• Manage multiple clients and work with our marketing team to help provide amazing results.
• Communicate effectively with Clients via Zoom
• Coach people to help them become the best versions of themselves.
• Generate new referrals from clients
• Understand Marketing Strategies
• Upsell clients when possible

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 1yrs as CSM in the SMMA space
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent Wifi, computer and Camera.
• Working knowledge of HighLevel CRM, Monday.com , marketing systems and proficient with calendar, excel worksheets a plus
• Experience in home remodeling, painting business owners or similar is a plus.
• Full-Time Availability Work time: 10 Am-6 Pm EST
