Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and provide exceptional customer service.

• Identify and address client concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize client requests and projects.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of client success processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base.

Your responsibilities as a Client Success Team member will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Scheduling and leading regular Strategic Technology Review meetings with assigned clients
• Proactively identifying and addressing client concerns and issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Working closely with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize client requests and projects.
• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of client success processes and procedures.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client base.

• Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT industry.
