Affinity Waste Solutions, LLC. in Atlanta is seeking a Client Success Manager to nurture our multifamily portfolio, deepen client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand services.
This field-based role blends in-person property visits with proactive account management to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will partner with Sales and Operations, travel up to 50% locally, and support onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
We are looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to support our growing portfolio of multifamily clients in the Atlanta market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing properties, supporting client success, and identifying opportunities to expand services.
The CSM works closely with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional support while also helping drive additional revenue opportunities.
This is a highly relationship-driven role with a mix of in-person property visits, client engagement, and business development. It’s a great opportunity for someone in the multifamily industry—such as a leasing professional, assistant manager, or property management professional—who wants to transition into a business development career.
We offer a competitive base salary in the $45,000–$55,000 range, depending on experience, along with additional earning opportunities through commissions and performance incentives.
This role is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing national service provider in the multifamily industry, gain experience in business development and client success, and work closely with a dynamic sales team.
If you thrive in a relationship-driven environment and enjoy being out in the field working with clients, we’d love to hear from you.
