Job summary

The Baldwin Group in Irvine, CA seeks a Client Success Specialist to independently manage renewal lifecycles, open enrollment, eligibility and compliance, coordinating with CRMs, clients and vendors to deliver accurate, timely outcomes.

You will apply employee benefits knowledge, exercise discretion, and focus on non-manual work that supports the business operations while maintaining exceptional client experience and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Applies expertise in employee benefits workflows and renewal processes to deliver accurate client outcomes.
• Knowledge of benefits coverages, policy processes and regulatory requirements for service decisions.
• Attention to detail in reviewing documents and verifying accuracy using quality controls.
• Familiarity with payroll/benefit tech systems and data interfaces; able to learn Agency Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on stewardship promises by owning tasks, meeting due dates, and tracking progress within the Agency Management System.
• Lead process execution and cross-functional coordination for assigned clients.
• Oversee open enrollment activities, anticipate issues, resolve conflicts, and deliver high-quality service.
• Identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and resolve or escalate appropriately.
• Support COBRA, EOI, notices, plan documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping across systems.
