Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC seeks a Client Service Advocate (CSA) to be the primary contact for selected clients, answering inquiries, processing transactions, and serving as a subject matter expert on team products. The CSA trains clients and internal staff on policies, and assists with trading problems while monitoring workflow to meet service levels.

The role requires a HS Diploma and at least 3 years of client service experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma
• Minimum 3+ years of client service experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Answers client inquiries, processes account transactions and serves as a subject matter expert on the products being serviced by the team.
• Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
• Train and mentors new staff on the team.
